Functions/Responsibilities:

JobTitle: Production Operator

Location: Menasha, WI

Shifts: 4a, 6a and 7a start times. 8 Hour shift

Responsibilities

• Review batch tickets – Read, understand and follow.
• Provide samples to lab.
• Pack and label product into proper containers
• Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities.
• Care of equipment and facility materials
• Operate Forklift
• SAP inventory look-up and SAP duties
• Tub washer.
• Gather and weigh ingredients.  (Scale operation)
• Operate dust collector equipment.
• Participate on plant teams. and assist in training  others
• Stock rotation / Minimization of partial containers.
• Ingredient traceability.
• Operate and trouble shoot mixing equipment.
• Preliminary quality checks.
• Fill-in for shipping and receiving positions.
• Press out units and trouble shooting.
• Canning line operation.
• Three roller mill operation and trouble shooting.
• In-plant fill-in. (Ink blending)
• Dispenser operation and trouble shooting.
• Kady mill, Horizontal mill & Specialty large tank operation and trouble shooting.
• Operation of equipment with an inerting system.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely.
• Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training sessions.
• ISO - Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays updated on all applicable procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma/GED
• Computer efficiency required.
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety.
• Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communication skills.

Plus

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is helpful.
